Service Description

EPUB Validator provides:

• •EPUB file validation according to EPUB 2 and EPUB 3 standards
• •Detailed reports of errors and warnings
• •Temporary file storage for validation

User Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities performed under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not have access to your credit card information.

• •Monthly billing for subscriptions
• •No refunds for unused credits
• •Cancellation possible at any time

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✗Distribution of harmful or malicious content
• ✗Service abuse or circumvention attempts

All EPUB Validator content and technology is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EPUB Validator be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
